Gurukul Educational Institutions, Tilak Road, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai-400077
Office hours: 11.00 am to 5.00 pm (Excl. Sundays/Holidays).
Venue is non-transferable under any circumstances.
Only vegetarian food is permitted on premises.
Accounts must be settled within 7 days post-function.
Services must be rendered only by authorized empanelled vendor partners.
Applicant remains fully responsible for general conduct, damages, and cleaning.
Maximum 3 vehicle parking passes allowed inside premises.
GST and statutory levies applicable at prevailing government rates.
Air conditioning will be switched ON 15 mins prior and OFF 15 mins before slot finish time.
No refund provided for power cuts or unforeseen delays beyond trust management control.
Booking is confirmed only after receipt of initial advance deposit.
Sound system usage strictly complies with government noise control regulations.
Management accepts no liability for loss or theft of personal valuables.
Trust executive decisions are final and binding in all matters.
